Who is Vital Arch?

Vital Arch is V Italia’s line of comfort shoes providing vital comfort for all those aching feet out there.

V Italia partnered with European shoe experts specializing in the design and manufacture of therapeutic footwear to create our Vital Arch line.  Vital Arch brings extra comfort to sensitive feet and those with problem feet.  Vital Arch’s supportive and adaptive construction can help soothe and accommodate a variety of foot problems such as bunions, heel spurs, and plantar fasciitis, to name a few.  Many of the designs have extra light construction – perfect for those with diabetes.  See the description of each shoe for more information about the problems addressed with the individual designs.

Exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges are accepted within 12 days of purchase.  Items exchanged must be in new condition and in original packaging.  Worn or damaged items will not be accepted for exchange.

Exchanges are free . Shipping is also free for exchanges.

How do I make an exchange?

Please  email us for a exchange authorization.  We will send you a shipping label via email to make your exchange. Shipping is free for exchanges and no restocking fee applies.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 12 days of purchase.  Items returned must be in new condition and in original packaging.  Worn or damaged items will not be accepted for return.

How do I make a return?

Please email us for a return authorization.  You may ship your items back using the shipping method of your choice. We do not refund return shipping charges.

Return handbags must have original tag attached.

Problems

What if my items arrive damaged?

Items are checked for quality before leaving our warehouse to reduce the possibility of receiving damaged items.  However, sometimes things happen!

If your goods arrive damaged, please call or email us for instructions.  We will refund, repair or replace the items that were damaged (depending on available inventory, of course).

Shipping

How long will it take for an item to ship once I’ve placed my order?

Items typically ship the same day if the order is received before 2:00pm Central Time.   After that, items are shipped within 24-48 hours.  If there is a delay in shipment, we will contact you.

Can I track my package?

We will send you an email with a tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped.
